smutjunkies & Gay Erotic Archives (GEA) would like to thank Channel 1 Releasing for their Sponsorship and Generous Donation to our participation in Aids LifeCycle 10.

Aids LifeCycle, is the Annual 7-day, 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles that raises money and awareness for the HIV and AIDS services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. This year smutjunkies is participating in the ride and helping in the training of new riders preparing for the event.

To acknowledge and thank Channel 1 for their generosity and support, smutjunkies is feauturing All Worlds Video, Rascal Video, Catalina Video, Live & Raw and other web ventures of Channel 1 exclusively on our Front Page from January 22 to January 30, 2011. With the wealth of Current and Historical Materials, this made for a unique and ideal opportunity for us to showcase Channel 1.

Launched December 2002, as a Forum and Area of information exchange for the Collectors of Gay Eroitca from the early 1970’s to the present. smutjunkies/GEA has grown to a major information source with over 23,000 performers and models, 13,000 publications and 21,000 Film and Video releases represented in the Databases which are the backbone of the information presented at the websites. Working with several Archive Sources (including ONE Institute in Los Angeles) in information Exchanges, to ensure the preservation and knowledge of Gay Erotica and Pornography.

With over 11,000 visitors per day, smutjunkies/GEA has become a major source of new and older releases. smutjunkies/GEA are Free to use and are Advertising Free in order to maintain an open and autonomous resource.

This marks the tenth year for AIDS/LifeCycle and the eighteenth for the event overall, and during the week of June 5-11, 2011, thousands of Cyclists and volunteer Roadies will come together to do something incredible.
