From the Pacific Northwest in the United States. Ron Lloyd began his career of male photography in1986. His first assignment for the cover of Friction, lead to additional assignments for Advocate Men (Don Jacobs – ADVOCATE MEN, Dec 1988). With success from these assignments, he began to shoot under the studio name of BODY IMAGE PRODUCTIONS (BIP). Several aliases were created by several publications, mainly due to their getting the name wrong. BIP became on of the hot studios of the late 80s and all the 1990s, with almost a cult like following of his men.
Since those early days of Print and Solo work, Ron Lloyd has continued to capture some of the hottest and hunkiest men in America, rebranding his studio in 2010 as Legend Men after he relocated to the Hawaiian Kona Coast.
