I can’t believe Brad (ahem) Daniel wrote! I’ll have to adjust to the new name, but I like it!

All these years, all I could find was those few magazines and that one interview. Now there are lots of interviews as Daniel starts a new chapter in his life (literally [pun intended] )!

Can’t wait to buy his new book, and keep track of any of his new projects.

Bravo, Daniel, and thanks for keeping publically active. Some of us were concerned there for awhile when you went “on the down low”.

    Happy day, happy day!

Hi, this is Brad Cox, a.k.a. Daniel Allen Cox. Thanks, BearAffair, I had no idea about that article until today!

I have big updates for the folks here at Smutjunkies: a novel that goes behind the scenes of my life in porn.

    SHUCK
A new novel from Daniel Allen Cox (a.k.a Brad Cox), Inches cover
model and star of College Cocks 101: A Course In Raw Passion and
    Brooklyn Meat Company

SHUCK (verb): to peel off (as in clothing)
Shuck is the semi-autobiographical diary of a New York City hustler
who tries to make sense of his life through pieces of found trash.

“Daniel Allen Cox writes truthfully and elegantly about a New York
that I knew very well and that I miss very much. Set in the late
1990s, his novel Shuck describes with great clarity and verve the
last gasp of a gritty Manhattan just before the war with the Eskimos,
a bygone era that existed before wealth and privilege strangled the
sweet life out of street life.”

-Bruce LaBruce, director of Otto; or, Up with Dead People

    5.5 x 8, 152 pp, trade paperback
    ISBN-13: 9781551522463

Available in September from Arsenal Pulp Press

You can read an interview with Brad Cox at this online article from “Media Circus”.

It gives some background information and “upcoming” projects (but was written in 1999).
