Falcon Studios announced today that Chad Donovan has joined the company as Director of Talent Development & Web Production. Donovan, who will report to Sr. Director of Production & Editing Chris Steele, will be responsible for all aspects of model recruitment and casting for both film and online productions. Donovan joins Falcon with 15 years experience in the gay adult industry, including a four-year stint as a Falcon Exclusive from 1992 to 1997. His awards include: Best Sex Scene for Falcon's ''Workin' Stiff,'' Hottest Cock in 1997, and Best Sex Scene for Men of Odyssey's ''Ryker's Revenge.'' He was inducted into both the Gayvn Hall of Fame and The Grabby's Wall of Fame in 2005. As a director Donovan has helmed a dozen films for Studio 2000; he will direct his debut film for Falcon, ''Long Board'' (FVP173), this month. Chris Steele commented, ''I'm excited that Chad has joined Falcon. He brings an amazing amount of experience to this position and to Falcon. Chad will also be a big asset when it comes to directing; his directing style is just what we were in need of since our 2007 production schedule will be the most aggressive since the inception of Falcon Studios.
